Wul'Yahm Crafting Glitch

Professors,

I am a lvl 15 Storm, and my brother is a lvl 29 Myth. He recently completed the Krokotopia crafting quest "Ring in the New", but he can't complete it because Wul'Yahm has a gray question mark instead of a yellow one.

Please help,
