I got Gardening Benefit 3 Hour elixir from the Scroll of Fortune. It doesn't explain what exactly it does. I used it when my 4 Couch Potatoes were Elder but I didn't get double rewards (at least, not double seeds which was why I wanted it). So what exactly does this elixir do?

You get double the rewards (except seeds)....so you get extra mega snacks, TCs, etc. Getting double seeds was removed awhile back. See HERE
