Ok, earlier today I was playing my favorite life wizard and doing my gardening and remembered that I had planted a few plants on my balance wizard a few days back. I was terrified that they may have needs and be wilting or even dead so after I finished gardening on my life I rushed onto him, I rarely use him so it was a while since I seen his plants. I got to them and found they had no needs, no pests, and had NO growing process whatsoever. Does plant growth mysteriously pause if you don't log onto a wizard for a few days?
I've had the same issue. Best you can do is to enter and exit your dorm room/house a few times to see if it kickstarts your garden - I think the server is just having some serious issues with the sheer amount of gardens being made.
