Where do I get jewel blossoms

Is the farley's gardening pack the ONLY way to get it?

Right now, it would seem like it.

The plants however has a chance of dropping seeds of fellow Jewel Blossoms.

Example, the Triangle Jewel Blossom Plant has a chance of dropping the Circle Jewel Blossom Seed and vice versa.

When do Jewel Blossom Plants drop other Jewel Blossom Seeds? At mature harvest or at elder?

There is a chance of getting an additional seed at Elder
