Atlach-Leng dungeon is glitched

ok so I have done this dungeon twice now, and both times I have not been able to finish the quest because the moon crystal that the player is supposed to collect once you defeat the final boss is not there. Someone help? kingsisle plz help

this happened to me and so i did the dungeon again and it skipped that part it did not even tell me to get the crystal idk why it just skipped it....
