Dropped shadow magic

How would you react if the Loremaster dropped magic?

It probably won't happen, as low levels would get access to Shadow spells
(Even though they cannot use them).

But if a boss for level one hundreds were to come out like Loremaster, definitely.

I think that it wouldn't be a possibility because one
Level 5's go into lore to get the spells for PvP and what if a Level 5 Death wizard went in and came out with shadow shriek! that would insane!!!
