I Need help and Answers

when i was questing in Cresent beach and got a quest to find ExaltedBlade Descendant so i walk to the bridge and wait and nothing happens is ExaltedBlade suppose to show or am i suppose to go in to the dungeon the dungeon won't light up so i can't get in to it please someone have any answer i am really Confused Help

Go to the waterway in Silent Market and take the teleporter to the Ruined Alcazar.

If it's not there, have someone take you to the Alazar.

Please review the quest page on the W101 Central wiki before you do anything else.

Make sure you can get to the ruined alcazar and that you have started the Fragments of Life quest.
