Khrysalis teleporters

I am trying to find out why my teleporters for Khrysalis are missing for my storm wizard? It is for part 1 only.

What level are you? And the Part 2 teleporters are in the Silent Market.

You have to go through the original teleporters from the specific place to get them to work, it has happened to me on my second and third account before heh.
