Shadow Spells question

So say I just got done with Eclipse Towers, got my shadow spell for my designated class. If i wanted to train other spells from Sofia Darkside, do I have to redo the entire dungeon or will she be inside the eclipse towers if i enter the building in between the two towers?

You do not have to redo the battle, the other spells will just cost you a training point

Once you unlock the trainer, she will always be waiting for you in the center of the room.

She's inside of the eclipse tower, she is an npc there so yeah you don't have to redo it.

She will be inside the building when you enter it. So you do not have to redo the dungeons.
