Well, my Balance wizard started to go to Krokotopia at level 16 , but I think I could have been able to go there at level 12 if I had been a subscriber when I started playing, so if I created ANOTHER Balance wizard now that I am a subscriber, I think I will be able to go to Krokotopia at level 12,13 or 14.
I Started Krokotopia at level fourteen. To get in to Krokotopia, you have to do three quests. The first one is to defeat Foulgaze in Olde Town and collect a Tower Key. Once you have the tower key, Headmaster Ambrose says that a Wraith named " Lord Nightshade " is doing evil and he wants you to go and defeat him and collect a key. Once you defeat him, you will earn a badge called " Wizard City Protecter ". Return to Ambrose and pick up a quest called " The Sixth School ". He will tell you about the secret door behind the Rainbow Bridge Waterfall. The key you got from Lord Nightshade is the key to the door behind the waterfall. If you go into the door, you will find the Death School. Now the area is called Nightside. You will explore it and then talk to the CO Death Professer. ( I can't spell his name. LOL ) Return to Amborse and he will act ' AMAZED '. Then he says that Malistiare has traveled to the world of Krokotopia to get something called " The Order Of The Fang. " The next quest is called Krokotopia. That's how you get to Krokotopia. :)

impossible, i did no side quests and i got into krkotopia at level 10
Not impossible. He could have gotten every collect quest on the first try and gotten a low amount of XP from battles. Its possible. I was only a few XP off from going to Krokotopia at lvl 9

Have you heard of side quests and extremely had luck?
Side quests are a good way for leveling and such, as well as bad luck in those collet quests XD (my luck is terrible) which gives extra dxp.
They may have also been farming specific places or bosses in krok resulting in more xp, and also, unlike what I have the tendency to do, stack side quests to be able to complete them with less battles.
I just finished krok at lvl 26, and will be finishing all the side quests before I continue to Marleybone, as having the higher level really makes things a breeze :3 (soloed temple of storms in about 25-35 minutes :3)
