Final Bastion's guide says Moros' elite death root minion is extractable, however I've fought Moros 3 times so far, killing the Death boss to summon the death elite, and all times it hasn't been able to extract. Am I doing something wrong?

*Small correction, you need to defeat one of the other 3 non-Death bosses to summon the Death Root Elite, however it is still not extractable as of now.
Since that article was released, there was a change to Monstrology so that minions that you only see spawned into fights (like the lesser Moros roots, but also applies to other creatures like the Rat's Borealis Golems) are no longer extractable.
