Khai Tengri as you're aware has a cheat which places a hex on you every time you use blades/traps, whatever it is. Ignore this cheat and carry on the duel as if normal.
Blade up (Storm Blade, Elemental Blades, Treasures) etc.
Use Darkwind (Optional)
Fire shield when necessary (For example, when the boss is building pips or has a couple blades, traps on you, firezilla can hurt).
Heal when necessary
Attack with an enchanted Storm Lord. - That should be enough to take the minion out (if a feint was on the boss, he should be heavily damaged).
Blade up again and attack with Triton, or an enchanted Kraken.
Remember to shield when necessary (The Hexes will build up).
