Hello, I am a lv39 storm wizard. I recently came across a boss with a great drop. The bosses name is Oyotomi The Defiler, his drop that I want is either Oyotomi's cowl of vacancy or ring of storm awesome. I went ahead and started versing him, I have been trying for like 3 hours and has versed him at least 35 times! I have not received either of the two items, but they are for wizards lv40+ and I am lv39 does this matter? Plus the two items are for storms only! Please tell me if this 1 lv matters.
