No main quest to get to Mooshu

Hi everyone, I’m a level 32 storm wizard and I don’t have any quests to do.
I have completed Wizard city and krokotopia and grizzelheim and I thought all of marleybone. Next is mooshu, but I have no idea what quest I am up to or where to find my next quest but I’d like to stay on the main story. I don’t remember what I’ve done because I stopped playing for a year or so.

Could someone help please
