Oakheart won't appear the Jade Palace in Mooshu on my ice and storm
Hi, I've recently noticed that I have completed the Mossback quest and fought Oakheart in the Tree of Life on my storm and ice but I can't get Oakheart to appear at the Jade Palace although I've completed all the quest and went back to check and still can't figure out why he won't appear, can someone help me figure out why? Thank you.
