Accidentally bought the wrong item

I had just got enough arena tickets to buy the glendemming hat, but I bought the boots on accident. Is there anything you can do?

I believe you can not get your tickets back though i have done the same thing you might want to check on that

I would email wizard101 support and see what they tell you.
You can try and work around with them.
Also don't forget the exact date and around exact time you bought that item.

Kingsisle support isn't going to give him his tickets back for an item he accidentally bought, as it is not a glitch or any fault of Kingsisle's. There are no ways to get tickets back after you buy an arena item.

I'm not sure about arena items.
But I do know that if you buy crown item they can return the crowns to you and take away the item.
(I know cause it happened to me few times)
