Best Max Balance PvP Deck (With Spells) and Gear?

Heya. Right now I am a Max Balance with some pretty bad stats and gear, and I've been wanting to do some PvP, but I don't know what the best Balance deck (and spells) are, along with the best PvP Gear for Balance. If you could give me the gear names and that stuff, I would love it! (I am the lowest rank in PvP fyi)
