Can't use Lighting Elf Treasure card

I am unable to use my Storm elf treasure cards when I go into PVP. I cannot draw them, is this a glitch or what?

its probably because your lightning elf was made from a mutate tc. You either need to acquire the actual tc (it should be tradeable) or pack the mutate tcs in side deck and pack fire elf in main deck.
