Dispel

If i put a life dispel on someone and they get a dispel shield, does the shield protect them from another life dispel or all dispels period?

Its like a stun block, if you dispel again the dispel block will go away (the person will not be dispelled though) it is to limit dispel spamming which was a pretty big problem!

its no bigger problem then death casting the spam of negative 90 on a person every round that should be limited also

Bad juju is 3 pips, they can not cast it every turn at some point they need to empower to get more pips or wait for more pips!
