Funny PvP Observations...

There are a few level of complainers, I noticed...

Let's start with the weakest PvP complainers: They complain about everything because they literally cannot beat anyone. They treat PvP like it's a PvE match and cannot even fathom what strategy goes into PvP

The second level of complainers usually complain about Specialities: They complain that Life can heal; they complain that Storm deals too much damage and they complain that Balance cannot be "specifically shielded"... The list goes on. These kind of player have no idea how to manipulate advantage, they are also the same kind of player who thinks heavier fighters always win in fights (instead of agility, skill and experience). They can only see and understand so far but no futher.

The third level of complainers are usually "average players"; they are the most numerous (amongst the complaining type). Their mediocre strategies are beaten by "good strategies". These players complain about TCs (because they use normal strategies that doesn't involve pushing advantages); they complain about powerful PvP pets; they complain about Heckhound, Judgement, Lightning-Bat spam, Wild Bolt (the new version)... etc...

The fourth level of complainers are actually... Somewhat correct. This being said, they are still being whiny :P
These complainers usually complain about over-all imbalances such as Ice Wizard's combo of high health + resist gear + Bladed DoT. OR Fire Wizard's unstoppable Bladed Heckhound + Fire Elf combo. These are actually unstoppable combos that generate a lot of advantage. That being said, there are still ways of beating them --- I am not saying it's easy, but it can be done (it's an uphill battle).

The rest of the players are non-complainers either because they are good and winning OR because they are simply good sports.

What is the point you are trying to make

His point is that most players don't understand the game and therefore complain. The ones that don't complain, are the ones that spend the time to understand how to play the game and win.

His second part in section 4, goes over Combo's that are hard to beat for the more experienced player. Myth, Fire, Ice, death, etc, all have good Combos that are hard to beat. He only list the two that he seems to be familiar with, but there are others. His point here is that you can come up with Combos that are very hard to beat, if you think about the game.

I do like his point on PvE versus PvP, the entire mindset must be changed.
In PvP, it's an all out attack, to see how much damage can be done before they take you out. While building Pips, you do what is required to reduce damage, but never let it stall or weaken your attack, etc.

Overall, I think his points are very well made.

Joseph.
