I just had a quick question about the spell vengeance. I have a critical build on my promethean fire and I tend not to rely on vengeance so much to get criticals. But if vengeance not only increases my chances of a critical but also decreases the chances of my opponent blocking, then I would definitely use vengeance more often in pvp. So, does vengeance decrease the chances of the opponent blocking as well as the boosted critical chance?
It basically adds to your critical rating. So, to answer your question, yes: using vengeance will help go through the critical block of your opponent. Armor Piercing and Armor Piercing auras and enchants also will help go through block.
