How to get the perfect ice pet for level 5 pvp

Hello my level 7 ice is doing pvp he has gotten to knight with 20 wins and 9 losses. Right now he has a sea dragon with 6% power pip chance, 6% danage to all, and 10% resist to all. I dont know how to get the perfect ice pet and how to do it
