Wizard101, Insane bolt I think shouldn't have been made for a spell because you can't use a storm shield to block it, because it hits with moon. Also I just used insane bolt 10 times, and on the second of third time i use it. The Insane Bolt hits me! All storms use are Insane Bolt or just keep using tempest. I like the idea of the level 60 gear. But for storm in the other hand, I can't survive! It's to powerful. Insane Bolt also makes you lose a lot of your rank even if your a warlord and you face a private. You still lose a lot of rank! It hits for a ton,and you don't fizzle with it, you can't use a storm shield to help block the ambush! I don't get why storm would use it doing every day quest.Thank You for your concern. I will be very happy if you change Insane Bolt.
