Hey wizards! This is Paul(level 79 ice knight) and this is a serious issue. Many storm wizards are just spamming insane bolt like insane, and most weird stuff is that it is not hitting them, every hit kills us in one or two shots. Isn't it unfair? Just make it like 50% chance, but I have seen people successfully hitting insane bolt 7-8 times and losing just once. Please change it!
