Low levels with 50 damage and resistance

I was doing some pvp on my lvl 46 storm and i went up to a lvl 30 myth with 51 damage and resistance 3 times in a row. If you could not guess she was a warlord and i was just starting with a 2-0 record she made my record 2-3 because i could not even do more than 500 damage.

There is a vendor outside the arena that gives crazy stats once you get to say warlord. He/she probably got it from there.

Use the infallible tc aura to pierce through high resist. Otherwise, decrease opponent damage by spamming weakness.
