They never planned for people to trade enchanted cards anyway. And yes, banning is over board. Yes, I will not waste a life raft on someone who will jump into the sea of banning just because they don't like something. And yes, I did just read between the lines and comment on it.

Eh... not what people usually say... but it's about the same in a way. If all the people who ask to remove cards got their way... what would we have? The people who are called noobs would be the new level 50! A grandmaster would equal a Hero of Unicorn Way when it came to spells. Then what would the point be? All that would be worth doing is buying clothes and housing. And if we don't have good cards... we can't do many quests. If we can't do quests... we have to just fight what's here. If we do that... we can hardly get any gold. If we don't have gold... how can we do housing?
Without housing... all we have to do is fight.
But wait! We don't have cards now! THEY WERE BANNED BECAUSE EVERY COMPLAINER GOT WHAT THEY WANT!
So now... we have no cards and no other point to play this game. Wizard101 falls and we chose another well knowns kid friendly game. We all go to ToonTown. But wait! There are so many people going in at once... it jams ToonTown forever! OH NO!
Sooo... unhappy wizards and toons move on to Pirates Online. It is destroyed by everyone going in at once.
