I wanted to play around with the "PvP only gear" idea posted by darth. I was thinking about how the usual trade offs are for each element and came up with a certain way to dish out the stats for each element. If all gear was disallowed and only arena gear was allowed, here is my example of school oriented Commander gear:
Accuracy: Balance - 5% fire - 10% storm - 10% myth - 8% death - 5% ice - 7% life - 1%
Attack: Balance - 27% fire - 30% Storm - 40% Myth - 28% Death - 25% Ice - 20% Life - 25%
Resist: balance - 20% fire - 20% Storm - 20% Myth - 20% death - 20% life - 20% Ice - 25%
Critical: balance - 70 fire - 90 storm - 100 myth - 75 death - 75 life - 70 ice - 65
block: balance - 40 fire - 40 storm - 30 myth - 45 death - 40 life 45 ice - 60
health: balance - 300 fire - 180 storm - 150 myth - 225 death - 275 life - 300 ice - 500
