PvP Rooms?

I have an idea for people who think it is not fair to go up againest "stronger" wizards.

Kingsisle make rooms in pvp that go according to rank OR level.
The rooms should be like this:

Join ranked match
Choose room Level or Rank
Lvls 1-5,6-10,11-15,16-20,21-25, Etc
Ranks Private-corporal, sergeant-veteran, Knight to captain, Commander-Warlord.

While inside the rooms you cannot check a persons stats, just their level.

Feedback? If you have some improvements plz post them so i can see.

Just have the strong suspicion that any idea which potentially decreases the number of matches that occur would be immediately struck out by King Isles and unfortunately, your idea is one that decreases matches that occur and increases waiting time so they would not go for it.
