PVP Tournament/regular PVP tips

My main is a level 93 myth wizard, and I've just begun venturing into PVP! With that comes me being absolutely terrible at it.. (lol) I'm more interested in the tournaments at the moment but I'm sure i'll get into ranked in the future.

Do any of you have any tips for PVP beginners? For both ranked as well as tournaments? Thanks fellow wizards!
