I lost my rank in pvp due to the game crashing is there anything you guys can do? because i was close to warlord, now i have more chances of losing because i dont have any commander gear and if i would have won i would have been able to get my commander boots
I am not sure on this, but hopefully others will add to or correct my mistake. I remember at one time, everyone was just disconnecting their connection, so they wouldn't lose rank. KI made it this way, to help those just like you, and it was a good idea. As always, once the cheat was noted, everyone started using it, to cheat the system.
I may be wrong, but I believer that KI has changed this, so that if you lose connection, and can't get back in before you have a total disconnect, you lose the match.
Bottom line, the lost is a lost, I don't think it can be fixed, but you could always write an email to KI and ask them. As I said, I may be incorrect, but I'm sure that others can add more information.
