The popularity of PVP has died down significantly since the players in queue are unknown. I get that setting up was a problem for most/all players, however it would be extremely helpful to see who is in queue once more. People setting up didn't bother a lot of players (as they would set too). Seeing someone my level in 3v3/4v4 queue would allow me to gather a group of friends and PVP.
PvP queues didn't decrease due to anonymous queue, they decreased due to the meta. Anonymous queue is essential to ensure fairness in ranked PvP and as such I oppose your proposal.
