In pvp, (and everywhere else too) I have noticed that stunning does not work. It is very odd. Sometimes it does work, but when it does, it is usually Ice that uses it or a monster that uses it. Every school (I think) has a stun card. So why does it not work?

Stunning works in pvp unless:
1. you have already stunned and there are stun shields up 2. the opponent has cast a stun shield 3. they are using the star spell conviction which gives a 90% of stun block and adds 90 to your critical block rating.
I can't think of anything else at the moment for PvP. As to PvE, stunning usually doesn't work on bosses and elites.
