2-Passanger mounts

So recently I bought a Skyvern's Hoard pack and got a 2-passanger skyvern mount from it. The problem is I don't know how to seat someone on it. I don't see a button that allows another player to get on the mount. How do I allow another person to get on it?

You must add then to group, they run under mount and x appears.
