One thing that I've always been sad about ever since I learned of it was how I completely missed my chance to get my Pioneer Dragon Mount. Being a beta tester, you can imagine my devotion and love towards this game, but I simply wasn't into the game when the opportunity came by. Is there really no way for me to recover my Pioneer Dragon Mount? I've contacted support and they've come back with an inconclusive and vague answer of: "I apologize but we do not give items out through support."
