These three pieces of gear (the school-specific items in particular) can be obtained in each of the Exalted one-shot duels of the same name, and the stats are very similar to the Malistaire gear from Castle Darkmoor. I once got the robe two duels in a row, so the drop rate seems to be fairly common. And all the one-shot duels are dropped by the Jade Oni, so no crowns are necessary to farm for this gear.
