No they cancel each other out. So only the last one cast is active.

No, you can only have one, and I'm also trying to get that badge myself.

You can't have more than one active at any time, so no, sorry. If you cast Amplfy then cast Fortify, the second will replace the first. Always.

the answer is no, they don't stack.

and can anyone help me? i would like to get this badge myself but i am balance and sort of short on blades. so i believe i would need to use an off-school spell. i have life mastery what spell should i use?
