Can you still obtain the Auroch (Permanent) Mount?

I no longer see it, so I guess its no longer in the crown shop, but is there a boss that drops the Auroch Mount? Or will it become available for a limited time in the years to come?

It should be in the Crown shop. If you want a temporary though, Zafarian Zeke sells them

The auroch mount retired along with the Manta Ray mount after Mount-a-Palooza 2015, it might return for Mount-a-Palooza 2016.
