Nope. You must use another account to do this, but the downside to that is you must also buy membership for that account. There is no way to use 2 wizard at once, on the same account.

Not from the same account. If you create a second account and subscribe it, you can quest them together.
But no, your Max Death Wizard on the same account can't help your low level Storm.

Nope, you can't log in on the same account at the same time or on different computers. This'll get your account banned. You can, however, play different accounts on the same computer at once.
