Christmas in July

Could someone please tell me when Christmas in July starts? I seem to forget every year and I really want to try to get the wolf of winter Mount.

It usually happens around the last week of July.

I think some of the start dates from the past few years were the 21st, the 24th, and the 25th. So, I'd wait about another week.
