Cross icon encapsulating wizard name?

I recently came across a wizard with a green cross icon encapsulating their name. It had a little chain or feather or wheat sprig underneath it, I originally thought it was a boat anchor to be honest.

Can anyone tell me what that was or designates? I asked the person but they didn't know.

It's if you are a Team Up Volunteer. (note: You can't be a Friendly Wizard at the same time if you want the Icon to appear).

Thank you, it was the "Friendly Wizard" that was throwing me off I guess. I had that enabled as well.
