I am thinking about buying some clothes in the crown shop but I have a question first. If you buy the clothes and put them on, do you keep your old stats from the previous clothing? Or do you lose your stats altogether?
When you unequip your hat, you lose the bonuses from that hat. If you equip a different hat, you will only receive the bonuses from that hat. You can only receive bonuses from the equipment you are currently wearing.
There are 'blank' items in the Crowns Shop that allow you to stitch the stats from one item onto the appearance of another.
Eloise Merryweather, who can be found near Zeke in all worlds of the Spiral (including Grizzleheim) has been busy learning how to stitch! For a small Crowns fee, she will allow you to transfer the Stats of one item onto the Appearance of another.
This process cannot be undone, so please make sure you choose the correct items to be tailored.
