I'm just confused as to why the level requirements are different for some of the spells? For example Deadzone and Circle of Thorns are not available at the same level?
My best guess is that they are available at the same level as the other bubble for that school. Deadzone and Doom & Gloom are both Level 33, while Circle of Thorns and Sanctuary are both Level 42.
