I got it when I was trying to get the darkfire bow, is it really that rare?

Well due to the Lore Master boss who just came out along with Aquila nearly every death wiz will have it soon because she drops all spells. And it's craftable. So maybe.

Lore master boss? Where is this boss? Would love to find it. Deer knight and Lord of Night are REALLY next to impossible to get. I'm not even close. 20+ knights lore and endless farming and all I have is amber dust. Lil help?
