How do I discard a card during duel without a mouse?

If you have a track pad like it do use the right side of it. If you don't have a mouse and don't have a track pad, get a mouse you can buy one at target for about $15-$20.

if you are using a laptop and don't have a mouse, simply clicking on the card with the right-hand button on your touch-pad will work.

You don't.
Unless you have a laptop, then using the pre-installed laptop sensor mouse, right click.
