i understand we dont fizzle much so its just right to lower the fizzling status becouse in reality we dont fizzle at all so yea its lower but in all my wizards every time i set up no matter what i have yet since this updates attacked with out fizzleing and honestly making it easyer to fizzle is good but this time its to the point where my staorm fizzles less then any of my other wizards against the fact that even with accuret spells i still fizzle i think it was alittle to much on the fizzeling but right idea :) :)
