Free Mount with Empyrea Release?

Im wondering if there will be a mount like the Celestial Carpet for the Mirage release. Will there be one for Empyrea? Last year my membership expired in like Late October so I didnt get it. I want to know so i can save my PrePaid card.

Ooh, I wonder if we'll get a mount as well. Some people think that Empyrea will be an industrial world, so maybe we'll get some type of machine as a mount?
