I've spent some time debating this but I still can't make a decision, i'm a level 124 and I'm not sure if I should affix a 10% power pip jewel or a 2% shadow pip jewel. Like obviously I would use the shadow jewel if it wasn't for the fact I would only have 92% power pip without the power pip jewel. Also the reason I'm having this problem is because the boots I'm using don't give power pip, so I'm thinking maybe I should swap out my silent knights snowboots for dworgyns dire boots for the power pip? Let me know what y'all think.
