gift card problem

i registered a gift card but it gave me a 1-month membership instead of crowns. I already have a membership so this seems pointless. i don't remember getting the option to choose between the two. is there any way to reverse the reward from membership to crowns? PLZ HELP!!!

Even before you enter the Gift Card, you're asked whether you want to redeem it for a subscription or crowns.

To see this page again, just log in to Wizard101.com the website and click Redeem Card or Code, then "Wizard101 Gift Cards".

There you will see a picture of gift cards, and below that you'll see the option to choose subscription or crowns.

Mr Lincoln can probably explain this a little better than I can, so if you have further questions about the purchase, including when the 'month' you purchased will be credited, please send him an email at support@wizard101.com.
