Hi, i am new to the forums so im not sure whether this belongs here. but my mum tried sending me a gift certificate through paypal and at the end when it redirected her back to wizard101 she pressed submit and it came up with this message:
Oops! An unexpected problem has occurred. We have not billed your Paypal account, so feel free to re-try the purchase. If The Problem persists, please contact wizard101 support.
Does anyone know why this is happening or should i go to support like it says?
Yes, please follow the instructions you were given. You can contact support through email at support@wizard101.com. Before you submit a ticket, make sure that the email address associated with your Wizard101 account is valid and that you can check email at that address!
Please send us: ->the account name ->the character name ->as much information about what you encountered as you can
NEVER send us: ->your password ->your credit card information
The more information you give up front, the faster your ticket can be resolved.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
