We are able to buy crowns thru the website. I always seem to be short on gold. Would it be possible in the future to buy gold or crowns or both. The purchse of gold would definetely be an added benefit to the game and yet another way for KingsIsle to make a little cash on the side. I do believe that if one could buy gold, it should be a little cheaper then the purchase of crowns as the items baught with gold are not as good as the ones with crowns. Or purhaps a method in while we could transfer crowns for gold would be just as good an idea as long as the price was right. I don't want to exchange 100 crowns for 100 gold, more like say 100 crowns for 10,000 gold would be more reasonable as I would be using the gold to augment my treasure care collection which are expendable. Thanks.
Gold can be purchased through the SHOP on your screen. Look for this icon: and then select the gold tab that looks like this: There you can purchase Gold with Crowns.
oh, and to add to Professor Greyrose's comment, the more gold you buy, the better the deal is. If you buy the largest pack of gold, you get more for each crown.
